Pleasant views, good and unbeatable setting.

Free and great breakfast with a lot of food, reasonably priced. Very comfy bed, recently refurbished and modern rooms.

Great place to stay for a trip to Burnham-on-Sea. Perfect and magnificent location to Burnham on Sea, good for visiting Burnham-on-Sea.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly - I would stay here again. Had recently refurbished standard queen room with a single bed nice large bathroom, excellent facilities, for instance.  

Polite staff and nice little place. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus coffee/tea making machines and television. Excellent location near the sea, in the very nice area.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and affable!

Particularly good central location so close to a very center, and town or sea front. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Apex Park.

This was a magnificent and absolutely perfect location just next door to the pub in the evenings, the water front/beach, and the centre of Burnham on Sea. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Berrow Sands. I had new-fashioned standard 

The location for Burnham-on-Sea was excellent, not far from restaurants and shops and beach front excellent food choices. Besides, it was 300 metres from Berrow Sands beach. The food provided was good! 

Gorgeous and fairly clean place, very welcoming and pleasant staff. Very impressed with double room with breakfast and wifi. Marvellous and lovely location on the seafront or other paid parking options, in the good area. A wide

Attentive service, I loved delightful food.

The room was well-maintained and new-fashioned and complete with the tea, the tea making facilities and nice large bathroom, I had everything needed.

We were given a double room with the bathroom and the tea making facilities plus a double bed. The service here was excellent.

The breakfasts with tea and toast. Recently renovated standard double room with breakfast and wifi. Magnificent comfortable location, in the centre of Burnham on Sea.

The standard double room is new-fashioned, we also appreciated particularly nice views. The location is in a marvellous spot close to the golf course. And its short walk to town or sea front, and the beach, shops and restaurants. 

The location was magnificent, close to sea front and high street, and the sports bar. What's more, it was 5 mins drive from Berrow Sands.

Great and lovely location close to everything.
